    hello, does anyone know how/if there is a way to update the maxisys mini without using wifi as mine no longer connects and will always give me an authentication failure now. I looked into the pc suite but all it does is enable printing through a computer

    Wifi is the only way I know but even if there was another way you need to get that fix .
    contact support via email or a phone call and have them fix that. This tool is useless
    witout it good luck.

    Hello.

    The updates for Maxisys Mini can only be done directly on the tool. There is not PC suite software that can be used to update Maxisys.

    What is the security type of wireless network which you want to connect Maxisys Mini to? What error message do you get when Maxisys Mini fails to join the network?
